My Story

Before I ever graced a
treatment room, I was on a stage.

The Performer

Radio City Rockette at 18. Fifteen years of Broadway tours, European stages, the 1996 Olympic Opening Ceremonies, and NFL events. A career built entirely around my body and what it needed to perform at its best. That relationship planted the seed for everything I do today.

The Shift

When I left show business, I arrived at esthetics school already asking questions most people never think to ask. Ingredient safety and product formulation fascinated me, and I dove deep into them as a student. What I learned helped me understand why what we choose to apply to our skin every single day deserves the same thought and intention as what we put in our bodies. That knowledge, combined with years as a dancer and group fitness instructor watching how stress, movement, and diet all show up on the skin, is what shaped the holistic approach I bring to every client today.

The Why

I still teach fitness, and somewhere along the way, the two worlds started speaking to each other. Skincare, like movement, is a practice. Fitness, diet, sleep, stress, and lifestyle all show up directly on your skin. Ten years as a stay-at-home mom also taught me something I carry into every appointment: caretakers are incredible at showing up for everyone else and forgetting themselves entirely. That hour on my table is yours. I'm not here to chase youth or turn back the clock — I'm here to help your skin function at its best, and to help you feel at home in it, at every age.
